Hi, I’m Paula, but you might know me as Yogi Bird.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Menopause & Nutrition Coach, yoga teacher, and women’s health specialist.

I help women in all stages of menopause feel happier in their bodies.  Experience fewer symptoms, lose weight without restriction, feel stronger and rediscover their energy and confidence.

The Power Through the Pause System is my signature 1:1 coaching method designed to help women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond feel better in their bodies, increase energy, manage symptoms, and achieve food freedom without restriction, guilt, or confusion.

Combining evidence-based nutrition, movement, mindset, and rest, it supports you in losing weight sustainably, building strength, and rediscovering confidence. This isn’t about dieting or quick fixes.  It’s about creating realistic, lifelong habits that help you feel like yourself again.

Gain Strength and Flexibility

Regular yoga practice improves strength and flexibility. It uses body weight as resistance to build lean muscle and sustained poses to stretch and lengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Ease Pain and Improve Mental Health

Yoga encourages mindful movement to ease discomfort, reduce pain, and support a healthier, more balanced body. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety and improve mood.

All my workshops, classes, and private one-to-one sessions are carefully planned by me, a qualified, and fully insured yoga teacher with experience of teaching hundreds of classes.
